🩸 What is Renal AML?
Renal angiomyolipoma is a tumor composed of blood vessels, muscle, and fat. Though benign, large lesions can rupture and cause severe bleeding.

🩺 Role of Interventional Radiology:
Through a minimally invasive procedure, a tiny catheter is guided into the feeding arteries, and the blood supply to the tumor is blocked using embolic material. This prevents bleeding and often shrinks the lesion — all without open surgery.

I am pleased to share a groundbreaking achievement — I have successfully performed embolization of an AV malformation in the right posterior auricular region, fed by ECA branches. This achievement wouldn’t have been possible without the excellent support of my dedicated team specially Dr. Amir Khan and Cath lab staff who assisted throughout the procedure.”

✨ This marks the first-ever Neuro-Intervention and Brain DSA performed in the private sector in Multan and South Punjab— a true milestone in the advancement of Interventional Radiology (IR) services in this region.

We have started performing Cerebral DSA on regular basis. With this step, we are opening new horizons for minimally invasive treatments, bringing advanced neurovascular care closer to patients in South Punjab.
