𝐖𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐇𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞
In this role, you are expected to:
• Must assist the manager with the daily operations and processes.
• Collaborate with the Manager to systematically manage the business’s policy.
• Processing payments, creating invoices, contacting clients about outstanding invoices, recording income and receipts, and entering data.
• Financial statement preparation
• Prepare annual budgets for operations in coordination with the manager.
• Manage and regularly monitor program expenditure, with regular, budget versus actual analysis.
• Ensure that bank and cash accounts are reconciled on a regular basis.
• Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations.
• Working experience with the accounts software will be preferred.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Strong understanding of Ms Excel and Accounting Software.
• ACCA (Part Qualified), or a B.Com preferred
• Minimum 3 years) work experience in an accounting role required, (preferred in a construction industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and plan effectively.
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

𝐖𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐇𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫
In this role, you are expected to:
• Implement and enforce financial policies, procedures and controls
• Create a system that performs daily book-keeping and monthly bank reconciliation for all company banks and credit accounts
• Comply with regulatory guidelines when performing reconciliation and record keeping activities
• Prepare all records and books and coordinate with company’s accounting firms for Year End Filings
• Handle Accounts Payable and Receivables, and perform the necessary record keeping
• Perform Staff and Agent Payroll on a monthly basis
• Management of company funds as required
• Preparing invoices, collection payments & reports
• Coordinating with FBR & other government organizations on tax related matters as required
• Maintain a high level of care and confidentiality when handling company materials
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Post-secondary degree in Accounting and Finance
• CA/ACCA/ACMA Designation, or a MBA in Accounting/Finance required
• Minimum 5 years work experience in an accounting role required, (preferred in a construction industry)
• Proficiency in software tools & system designs
• Tactful communicator able to exchange ideas in a concise and logical way
• A self-initiator with strong organizational, planning and time management skills
