I'm not a night owl, no.
But for the launches of my clients in May, I had to work late into the night.
Everything: Funnels, ads, offers, tech integrations, and emails.
(All the while getting by on coffee)
Phew.
But I'm so happy that everything is now in place.
When their ads runs, they'll be able to get more sign-ups, and clients!
No, neither my work nor it is finished yet.
I can now activate my geekiness, analyse the data, and boost conversions for my clients.
Reminder: Work "with" your client rather than "for" them!

To my fellow 20 y.o.s marketeers...
I don't think it's spoken much about how much of a whirlwind your 20s are...
Not only that,
I don't think it's spoken much about how much of a whirlwind your 20s are MEANT TO BE...
This is a time to gather as much experiences (I like to think of it as data) to know what you like and what you don't like...
In my 20s I've:
๐๐ฟ Been a cashier
๐๐ฟ Volunteered
๐๐ฟ Managed studies and work
๐๐ฟ Managed over 50+ social media clients/projects
I've also:
๐๐ฟ Burned out
๐๐ฟ Been made redundant
๐๐ฟ Experienced real bad mental health
๐๐ฟ Questioned what on earth I'm doing
๐๐ฟ Heard 100s of 'No's' and rejections
I don't say any of this to brag or to ask for pity
(I shout about my secret sauce all the time!)
I say this to show you the result of trying a million things and not being worried what others around me thought of me.
It'll all make sense in the end and it's key for you to keep faith!
Keep going.

๐ฝ๐ธ Yesterday, I stumbled upon an intriguing washroom tissue wipes ad while, believe it or not, attending to nature's call.
It got me thinking about the essential elements of an effective ad and why they matter in today's fast-paced world.
So, here's a little insight for all the marketers and ad enthusiasts out there!
โ
An effective ad should:
1. Capture attention: With an ocean of content out there, grabbing the audience's attention quickly is crucial. The ad I encountered did just that with its eye-catching design and clever placement.
2. Communicate clearly: The message should be crystal clear, concise, and easy to understand. The wipes ad left no room for confusion, highlighting its key features and benefits.
3. Provoke emotion: Tugging at heartstrings or evoking laughter can create a lasting impact. This ad used humor in a relatable context, making it memorable and shareable.
4. Encourage action: An ad should inspire the audience to take action, be it visiting a website or making a purchase. This ad featured a strong call-to-action, creating a sense of urgency.
5. Be relatable: Connecting with the target audience on a personal level is key. The washroom tissue wipes ad did so by presenting a common situation we've all experienced, making it easy to relate to and remember.
6. The art of advertising is ever-evolving, and understanding these fundamental elements can help brands create ads that resonate with their audience. Now, I'd love to hear from you! ๐คโ
Have you come across an ad recently that made a lasting impression? Share your experience and what made it so effective!
How often do you prioritise yourself?
Being a business owner, I often deal with guilt when Iโm not doing something โproductiveโ.
So for the past month, Iโve been trying to live in the moment more.
A few ways Iโve been trying to balance a healthy work/life ๐
1. Time Blocking
Iโve been giving myself enough time to get things done and not over-scheduling myself.
2. Learning to say "noโ
Itโs easy to respond to clientsโ messages at 10 pm but making sure I turn off my work phone at 8:00 pm has helped me detach from work.
3. Taking regular breaks away from your desk and having weekly โself-careโ sessions.
Doing the things above has resulted in:
๐ซถ๐พ Improved work ethic.
๐ซถ๐พ Reduced burnout.
๐ซถ๐พ Healthier mind.
Iโm still on the path to figuring it out but Iโve realised if my mind and body is recharging, I canโt give 110% to my clients.
Any advice on how you manage a healthy work-life balance?

Let's discuss why ads rely on emotions.
Emotion drives decision-making.
3 reasons ads needs emotions
1. Connection:
An ad's emotional appeal goes beyond selling a your service. Emotional ads are more effective. Humour, joy, surprise, and even melancholy can attract viewers.
2. Action:
Emotional decisions are common. Emotions can sway viewers to buy your service.
"People buy with emotion and justify with logic" is my mantra.
3. Memorable
Emotions can boost brand loyalty. Emotional ads are more memorable.
