He currently serves as an Operation Officer at the Engro Power Plant, Thar Coal Block-02 (660MW). In this role, he is at the frontline of one of the country’s most significant energy projects, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of large-scale power generation.

​Kelash holds a DAE in Electrical from the Government Polytechnic Institute (GPI) Mithi, an achievement fueled by his merit as a scholarship recipient of SECMC and the Thar Foundation. Currently, he serves as a Coal Handling Operator at the HUBCO TNPTL Thar Coal Block-2 (330 MW) project, where he plays a crucial role in managing large-scale energy production processes.
​Beyond his professional technical career, Kelash is deeply passionate about Social Work, striving to give back to his community and support the development of the Tharparkar region.

the students of Government Polytechnic Institute (GPI) Mithi, currently studying under the collaboration with TANG international Education, CCTE Dual Diploma Program in China, had the valuable opportunity to visit Pingmei Shenma Company, a leading organization focused on Silicon Carbide (SiC).

The visit provided deep insight into how silicon and carbon are combined, formed, and processed into one of the most important materials used in modern technology. The students observed the complete manufacturing process and learned about the growing importance of SiC in daily life and advanced industries.

During the tour, they saw advanced SiC-based products such as semiconductor chips, diodes, and components used in LED manufacturing. The experience helped them understand that silicon carbide is not only renowned for its exceptional strength and high thermal resistance, but it also plays a crucial role in advancing 5G technology by making networks faster, more energy-efficient, and highly reliable.
