A Humble Request to the Honorable Chief Minister of Punjab

Respected Chief Minister Ms. Maryam Nawaz Sharif,
Assalam-o-Alaikum,
My name is Munawar Hussain Shah. I am a postgraduate and my lifelong vision is to serve people through education, knowledge, and skill development. I strongly believe that nations are not built through charity alone, but through education and practical skills.
Madam,
I own approximately 2 acres of personal land. My sincere intention is to establish a school and a welfare foundation on this land, so that children and youth from underprivileged and middle-class families can gain quality education and skills to build a dignified future.
However, the reality is that I do not currently have the financial resources required to construct the school, start the foundation, or even build a basic residence. At present, I am in Lahore. I worked in the private sector, but unfortunately, I am currently unemployed. Despite this, I have not lost hope, because I believe that when intentions are pure, Allah creates paths.
Respected Madam,
I am not asking for personal aid or charity. What I seek is your guidance, support, and partnership. If you deem it appropriate, I would like to invite you to become an investment partner in the proposed school and foundation projects.
I will handle all operational and practical responsibilities myself, and any revenue generated will be managed transparently:
Your invested capital will be returned gradually
Profit will also be shared fairly
All these projects will be established in the name of my late respected father, Peer Akbar Ali Shah, so that this initiative becomes not just a project, but a lasting charity (Sadaqah Jariyah).
Honorable Chief Minister,
If for any reason direct support is not possible, I humbly request you to remember me in your prayers, like a caring mother. Even your guidance or a few words of direction would be a great source of encouragement for me.

میرے پاس اپنی ذاتی زمین (تقریباً 2 ایکڑ) موجود ہے۔ میرا ارادہ ہے کہ اسی زمین پر ایک اسکول اور ایک فلاحی فاؤنڈیشن قائم کروں تاکہ غریب اور متوسط طبقے کے بچوں اور نوجوانوں کو علم اور مہارت دی جا سکے۔
لیکن حقیقت یہ ہے کہ میرے پاس اس خواب کو عملی جامہ پہنانے کے لیے سرمایہ موجود نہیں۔ نہ اسکول بنانے کے لیے، نہ رہائش کے لیے، نہ فاؤنڈیشن کے آغاز کے لیے۔
اس وقت میں لاہور میں ہوں۔ میں نے پرائیویٹ نوکری کی، مگر اس وقت بیروزگار ہوں۔ اس کے باوجود میں ہمت نہیں ہارا، کیونکہ مجھے یقین ہے کہ نیت صاف ہو تو راستے بنتے ہیں۔
محترمہ!
میں کسی قسم کی بھیک یا ذاتی امداد کا طالب نہیں ہوں۔ میں صرف آپ کی رہنمائی، سرپرستی اور شراکت چاہتا ہوں۔
اگر آپ مناسب سمجھیں تو میں اپنی زمین کے ساتھ اسکول اور فاؤنڈیشن پروجیکٹس میں آپ کو بطور انویسٹمنٹ پارٹنر شامل کرنا چاہتا ہوں۔
سارا عملی کام میں خود کروں گا،
اور جو بھی آمدن ہوگی:
آپ کی لگائی گئی رقم بھی باقاعدہ واپس ہوگی

یہ تمام منصوبے میں اپنے مرحوم والد محترم، پیر اکبر علی شاہ کے نام سے قائم کرنا چاہتا ہوں—تاکہ یہ کام صرف کاروبار نہیں بلکہ صدقۂ جاریہ بنے۔

اگر کسی وجہ سے آپ میری عملی مدد نہ کر سکیں، تو میں صرف یہ چاہوں گا کہ
ایک ماں کی طرح دعا ضرور کر دیں
اور اگر ممکن ہو تو مجھ سے رابطہ کر کے رہنمائی فرما دیں—یہی میرے لیے بہت بڑی حوصلہ افزائی ہوگی۔
مجھے آپ کی قیادت، ایمانداری اور عوام دوستی پر پورا یقین ہے۔
