Special sugar free products are also available for diabetics. We use organic fruit sauces to replace artificial or processed sugar. Our motive is to take as healthy a route as possible so we prefer using eggs that are free range, the whole wheat flour is freshly ground from a local mill and the butter from a local dairy.
