Community Support Concern (CSC) organized a Five-Day Enterprise Development Training (EDT) for female entrepreneurs to strengthen their business and management skills. A total of 25 women entrepreneurs participated in the training. The training aimed to enhance their entrepreneurial capacity, improve income generation, and support women’s economic empowerment at the community level.
They learned key concepts including record keeping, order taking, financial management, marketing, and sales. They were also guided on how to develop linkages with local buyers and markets to expand their business opportunities.

CEIP invited Mr. Mudassar Shahbaz to conduct an interactive leadership workshop ‘Beyond the Box’ for head office staff focused on creativity, adaptability, collaboration, and leading through change. Participants explored growth mindset concepts, brain-based learning insights, and practical change management tools to strengthen innovation, empathy, and inclusive leadership.
Through case studies, discussions, and reflective activities, participants developed strategies to overcome resistance to change, bridge generational differences, and create actionable leadership plans to foster growth-oriented teams.

We saw a dramatic surge of over 600% in demand during April for CEIP’s solar loan products — Bijli Box 200 (3 lights and 1 fan) and Bijli Box 400 (3 lights and 2 fans). Both products are end to end solution, with installation and after sales services.

A panel discussion was held during the Branch Managers Leadership Development Program, where CEIP senior management, including Dr. Khalid Javaid Jan, engaged with branch managers by answering their queries and addressing their concerns through an interactive session.

Equipping our team for the unexpected.
CEIP recently invited 1122 to lead an essential safety and emergency response session for our employees. The training covered a comprehensive range of critical topics, including CPR, head injury management, trauma response, fire safety, hazard awareness, and heat stroke prevention.
At CEIP, we believe preparedness saves lives. Sessions like these ensure our team is well-equipped to act swiftly and confidently in any emergency, both at work and beyond.

As part of the two-day Leadership Programme, a comprehensive training session on our newly developed mobile application was conducted for Branch Managers at the Head Office.
The app is designed to digitize the entire workflow from doorstep client data entry and document management to case submission and approvals — ensuring greater efficiency, transparency, and faster processing.
The system also integrates employee targets and performance tracking, paving the way for a more structured and streamlined appraisal process and supporting a more technology-driven approach across operations.
