I know we don’t often talk about the times we felt incompetent or ‘small’ or when imposter syndrome ate us alive, but here I am sharing this with you all to give hope to anyone starting a new job, placement or moving countries or cities.
One thing I will never forget is the people who were incredibly kind to me during the process of becoming who I am today…who saw potential in me, who saw me losing myself and still gave me hope 💟
So here I am today.. see how far I have come.
And if you are in the same boat I once was in, I know you are trying your best even on the days it doesn’t feel like enough, you are still showing up, and that counts more than you think.
You are not behind. You are not failing. You are learning, growing, becoming. And, I am proud of you for staying in it.
Don’t give up when it feels heavy. Don’t stop when it feels slow. Keep going, even in small steps, even in doubt.
You will get there. I promise you that 🤍
My childhood is complete 🥹❤️🩹
What made this concert super special is having my mum & my kids with me and it was surreal 🥹 Younger me could never believe that one day I’ll be attending Atif Aslam’s concert, that too with my family in London in a sold out arena 🥹

Also, do you remember the rhyming messages that used to show up on Eid cards in the 90s?? If yes, drop any in comments 🥹
Respect and safety are basic human needs. Each one of us took an oath, an oath to serve our people, an oath to serve humanity, an oath to save human lives. But who is going to save us? Who is going to protect us?
The subtle dehumanising and demeaning of doctors in one way or another is ultimately leading to brain drain from Pakistan, and empty medical college seats this year speak volumes.
Yes, we need better pay because claps don’t pay bills, but when claps turn into slaps, the motivation to serve the community doesn’t take long to die. When the people in power see us as corrupt and butchers it doesn’t take long for the nation to throw acid on us! The whole system from head to toe is corrupt, and the ones at the bottom bear the harshest impact.
None of us wanted to leave.
We are forced to leave!!!!!
Well, I mean… he did say yes 🫢💁🏼♀️😂
Unpaid labor 🤣🫢😂
Funny because I became more feminine the moment I started choosing myself fully ❤️🩹 The moment I stopped shrinking, started dreaming again, felt safer in my own skin and grew stronger in my own decisions, I stepped into a softer version of myself 🥀
When someone stops underestimating themselves, starts choosing what feels right and begins trusting their own needs, a lot shifts at once. Confidence starts to show. Boundaries become clearer. You take up space differently. From the outside, it can look like a shift into something more “soft” or “feminine,” but what’s really happening is you become stronger. Feminine energy isn’t weakness…
it’s strength that doesn’t need to shout to be felt ♥️
Eid Mubarak Fam 🥹♥️
A tradition I hope to pass on to my children is to open our hearts and our home on Eid, to welcome others with warmth, let forgiveness and kindness prevail and allow barakah to fill our tables 🫶
I am slowly turning into mom in some aspects and I absolutely love it 🥺♥️ Alhumdulillah Kaseera 🫶
We love Gol Gappe 🥹❤️😂
