اسلام آباد: فیڈرل بورڈ آف ریونیو نے پراپرٹی سے حاصل ہونے والی آمدن کی تفصیلات جمع کروانے کی آخری تاریخ میں 31 دسمبر 2022ء تک توسیع کر دی۔

ایف بی آر حکام نے بتایا کہ 22 نومبر 2022 کو ایف بی آر نے ایک نوٹیفکیشن جاری کیا جس میں انکم ٹیکس رولز 2002 میں ترمیم کا مسودہ متعارف کرایا گیا۔ نوٹیفیکیشن میں کہا گیا کہ آمدنی کے بارے میں معلومات کے ساتھ ایک فارم بھی جمع کروانا ہو گا جس میں پراپرٹی سے حاصل ہونے والی آمدن کی تفصیلات درج کی جائیں گی۔

ایف بی آر کا کہنا تھا کہ پچھلے قانون میں ابہام کے باعث نیا قانون متعارف کروایا گیا جس کے تحت پراپرٹی سے حاصل ہونے والی آمدن کا فارم الگ سے مقرر کیا گیا اور یہ ہر سال اپنے ٹیکس گوشوارے جمع کروانے کے ساتھ جمع کروایا جائے گا۔

حکام کے مطابق یہ قانون ریونیو ٹیکس آرڈینینس 2001 کے سیکشن ای کے تحت متعارف کروایا گیا۔ قانون کے تحت جو افراد سالانہ ٹیکس گوشوارے جمع کروا چکے ہیں وہ بھی 31 دسمبر 2022ء سے قبل پراپرٹی سے حاصل ہونے والی آمدن کی تفصیلات بھی جمع کروانے کے پابند ہوں گے۔

The Ministry of Housing and Works, in a joint initiative with the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI), is set to organize the country’s first-ever “International Housing and Real Estate Expo 2022.”

The four-day event, scheduled for December 8-11 at the Jinnah Convention Center in Islamabad, aims to promote the real estate business in the country and ensure safe and secure housing for the people.

Railways To Upgrade Five Major Railway Stations

Pakistan Railways (PR) has decided to upgrade five major railway stations across the country in an effort to provide convenience to passengers and generate more revenue.

The development comes after the Minister for Railways, Khawaja Saad Rafique, directed the relevant authorities for their upgradation.

According to the details, the railway stations that will be upgraded include Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Peshawar, and Quetta.

Pakistan's low-cost airline Fly Jinnah has started operations.

According to the details, the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) honored the A320 with a water salute at Islamabad International Airport after it landed.

COO Arman Yahya said that the airline will make significant contributions to the aviation sector, as it begins its flight operations, and added that it will offer a convenient and comfortable journey to its passengers.

He mentioned that it offers daily flights from Karachi to Islamabad, Lahore, and Peshawar, as well as four weekly flights to Quetta.

The airline was launched in September 2021 as a joint initiative of Lakson Group and Air Arabia Group. Its headquarters have been built in Karachi.
