We are seeking a skilled and experienced Property Coordinator to assist the Property Manager in the operations and management of our properties in the UK from our Lahore support office located on Jail Road.

Responsibilities:
โถAttract, screen, and select tenants by established criteria.
โถPrepare and execute lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
โถAddress tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
โถCoordinate move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
โถOversee day-to-day property operations, including handling different property listings on platforms like Airbnb, and booking.com.
โถConduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
โถCoordinate with maintenance staff or contractors to schedule and oversee repairs and preventive maintenance.
โถManage property security measures and emergency procedures.
โถDevelop and implement marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants.
โถAdvertise vacant units through various channels, conduct property showings and manage the tenant application process.
