Our CEO, Mr. Eqan Ali Khan, participated as a CEO Panelist in the Engro Vopak Global Safety Day which was attended by Federal Minister of Maritime Affairs, Mr. Muhammad Junaid Anwar Chaudhary, senior leadership from Port Qasim Authority and industry experts from the Ports, Shipping & Maritime Industries.
This recognition reflects the strong progress of FAP Terminals in adopting global HSE systems and embedding a safety-first culture across our operations.

We were honored to welcome Mr. Syed Abrar Hussain, Director General, Pakistan Environmental Protection Agency (Pak EPA), Ministry of Climate Change & Environmental Coordination, along with Dr. Muhammad Rauf, Deputy Director Technical/NPM Pakistan Biosafety Clearing House (Pak-BCH, Pak EPA), to FAP Terminals.
Hosted by our CEO, Mr. Eqan Ali Khan, alongside the CTO, COO, and HOC, the visit focused on observing terminal operations and reviewing the safe handling protocols implemented for GMO seed cargo.
With Pakistan maintaining strict regulations on GMO imports due to the potential risk of cross-contamination with organic seeds, the visit highlighted the importance of robust operational controls, environmental responsibility, and biosafety compliance across the supply chain.
