Meet Wasif Darbar: A Seasoned Head of Marketing in the Textile Apparel Knits Division.

Wasif Darbar has over 𝟭𝟱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 of experience in Karachi's Knits textile industry, currently leading HOD Marketing and Merchandising at Anwar Textile Mills. His team focuses on managing marketing strategies and customer relationships for knitted garment manufacturing and exports.

Previously, Wasiph Darbar served as Director at Ibrahim Dyeing & Bleaching, specializing in fabric processing techniques such as tie-dye, oil wash, marble wash, and acid wash. Before his current role, he was Marketing Manager at 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗮 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 & The Dyer’s, where he emphasized product development, customer management, and order procurement.

His expertise spans textile manufacturing and merchandising, particularly in wet processing, fabric finishing, and Garment manufacturing cutting to packing with all embellishment prints & embroidery. Wasif's leadership has strengthened relationships with global clients like BoohooMan, Inditex, Reebok, Volcom, Duke UK, Kik, Woolworth, LPP Sinsay & Beidronka ensuring adherence to high-quality standards and customer expectations.

Committed to delivering value and promoting sustainability, He holds certifications in Oekotex Class I Appendix 6, SEDEX Smeta, and BSCI, demonstrating his dedication to professional growth and international standards.
