Daily Reflection

From the Qur’an:

“Here is Omar… 18 kg.”

A child reduced to a number.
A body that should be full of life—now weighed like a statistic.

This is what blockade, and unchecked power do.

This is what happens when the world stays silent.

Children in Palestine are not numbers.
They are not headlines.
They are lives—fragile, innocent, and worthy of protection.

No child should starve.
No child should live under bombs.
No child should carry the burden of conflict they didn’t create.

Call it what it is: injustice.

And injustice anywhere demands a voice everywhere.

Don’t look away.
