GLAD (Ghulkin Local Agency for Development) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Secretary to help us drive community impact through strong operational systems.

🔻 Your Role Includes:

• Serves as a central point of contact & supports communication & record keeping ensuring smooth operations.
• Manage and maintain calendars, schedules, and appointments for staff, leadership and BODs
• Prepare, organize, and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and reports.
• Organize and service community and staff meetings, including venue setup and refreshments.
• Maintain and manage office databases and filing systems.
• Handle general administrative tasks and assist with general office management.
• Support other departments and organizations as needed to ensure effective workflow and collaboration.
• Liaison & co-ordination with community leaders, donor & AKDN agencies and government line departments
• Assist in proposal writing and event management

🔻 What We’re Looking For:

• At least Intermediate Certification, however preference will be given to bachelor’s & Master degree in social science, business, Management or related
• 2+ years of experience in Secretarial or related position
• Strong communication skills in English and Urdu
• Proficiency in common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Excel & Power point).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for community service and supporting organizational goals
• Females are encouraged to apply
