گلگت شندور روڈ جو کہ گوپس تا پھنڈر سیکشن میں راوت کے مقام پر برفانی تودوں کے گرنے کی وجہ سے گزشتہ آٹھ دنوں سے بند تھا ، آج 3 اپریل 2025 کو تقریباً رات 9:00 بجے ہر قسم کی ٹریفک کے لیے کھول دی گئی ہے۔

اسسٹنٹ کمشنر گوپس-پھنڈر نے ایڈیشنل ایس پی گوپس/ یاسین کے ہمراہ مذکورہ علاقے کا دورہ کیا اور پوری سرگرمی کی نگرانی کی۔ راوت یولنگ میں گرے ہوئے ان 5 برفانی تودوں کے حجم اور اونچائی کو مدنظر رکھتے ہوئے اندازہ تھا کہ اس رکاوٹ کو ہٹانے میں مزید 2 دن لگیں گے، لیکن ضلعی انتظامیہ غذر کی جانب سے اضافی مشینری اور غیر معمولی عزم کی بدولت یہ کام صرف 03 دن میں مکمل کیا گیا، اور اس دوران روزانہ 15-16 گھنٹے کام کیا گیا۔

ٹیموں کی محنت اور عزم کو سراہنے اور ان کا حوصلہ بڑھانے کے لیے، اسسٹنٹ کمشنر گوپس-پھنڈر نے نائب تحصیلدار پھنڈر اور ان کی ٹیم، سپروائزرز، آپریٹرز / سیفٹی اسٹاف، آر اے ڈی سی کے دیگر عملے اور ریسکیو 1122 کے عملے میں نقد انعامات تقسیم کیے۔

مزید برآں، 1 لوڈر اور 1 ایکسکیویٹر کو گاؤں شمرن میں اسٹینڈ بائی رکھا گیا ہے تاکہ راوت یولنگ کے علاقے میں مزید سڑک کو وسیع کیا جا سکے، جبکہ باقی 2 ایکسکیویٹرز اور 1 لوڈر، پنگل سے گوپس تک کے 10 دیگر برفانی تودوں سے متاثرہ علاقوں میں جی ایس آر کی چوڑائی بڑھانے پر کام کریں گے۔

Prince Rahim al-Hussaini Aga Khan V is the 50th hereditary Imam of the Shia Ismaili Muslims, as designated by Mawlana Shah Karim in accordance with the historical Shia Imami Ismaili Muslim tradition and practice of nass.

The announcement was made in the presence of the Imam’s family and senior Jamati leaders, in Lisbon on 5 February 2025, following the reading of Mawlana Shah Karim’s Will.

The Nur of Imamat, in unbroken hereditary succession from Hazrat Mawlana Ali (peace be upon him), is vested in our 50th Imam, Mawlana Shah Rahim Al-Hussaini Aga Khan V.

The history of
began with the discovery of two critical principles: The first is camera obscura image projection, the second is the discovery that some substances are visibly altered by exposure to light[2]. There are no artifacts or descriptions that indicate any attempt to capture images with light sensitive materials prior to the 18th century.

Around 1717, Johann Heinrich Schulze used a light-sensitive slurry to capture images of cut-out letters on a bottle. However, he did not pursue making these results permanent. Around 1800, Thomas Wedgwood made the first reliably documented, although unsuccessful attempt at capturing camera images in permanent form. His experiments did produce detailed photograms, but Wedgwood and his associate Humphry Davy found no way to fix these images.
In 1826, Nicéphore Niépce first managed to fix an image that was captured with a camera, but at least eight hours or even several days of exposure in the camera were required and the earliest results were very crude. Niépce's associate Louis Daguerre went on to develop the daguerreotype process, the first publicly announced and commercially viable photographic process. The daguerreotype required only minutes of exposure in the camera, and produced clear, finely detailed results. On August 2, 1839 Daguerre demonstrated the details of the process to the Chamber of Peers in Paris. On August 19 the technical details were made public in a meeting of the Academy of Sciences and the Academy of Fine Arts in the Palace of Institute.
