Faizan Ali 🔥💯

I've been recognized as an original creator!

AKHSS Gilgit was at its best when Zafar Iqbal was the principal:

1) He directed efforts from the top toward teachers and school staff, rather than placing the burden solely on students, to achieve better outcomes.
2) He focused on holistic development over rote learning; as a result, students progressed in both academics and co-curricular activities.
3) During his tenure, the college was introduced to donors and academics. People from various fields visited the school to guide students regarding opportunities and to provide scholarships.
4) He prioritized the students of Shah Karim Hostel, keeping their well-being at the forefront.
5) He gave students freedom regarding their preparation for tests and competitions during school hours.
6) He gave independence to school societies and supported many student projects.
7) He gave importance to sports events and worked closely on them alongside Mr. Jahangir Shah.
8) During his time, the school's infrastructure was refurbished, from repainting the campus to replacing old materials.

One Drawback:
There were no elections; instead, the Student Council was selected based on academic results. While the council's power was not limited, the true spirit of democracy was. God knows what was the philosophy behind this and it is still under the debate!

Thank you!
