Got lucky to find amazing people to train with and learn from.

⏩ If you (beginners) want to start any mountain sport; besides doing strength training and cardio, climbing small mountains is one of the best ways to train for any mountain sport (trekking, climbing, snowboarding/skiing, or mountaineering).

Looking forward to going up and down some 4,000-meter peaks and preparing for even bigger adventures.

TO ANOTHER NORTH (Arctic Tundra) 🇸🇪

A 10-year journey of passion, uncertainty, hard work, rejection, resilience, winning battles, and self-belief....

I entered the ARCTIC TUNDRA, extremely exhausted after dealing with all the chaos and uncertainty in my country (during the time of war and protests).

I received my stamped passport literally a few hours before my flight and rushed to catch the most important flight of my life.

I breathed a sigh of relief as I met the team at Fjällräven Polar and started training. The first few moments with my dogs felt so unreal, and as I caught my first glimpse of the 'vast white planet,' I started believing that I was living one of my wildest dreams....

> Seeing the northern lights on the 1st night
> Sledding with 6 Scandinavian huskies
> Learning skills from the Arctic experts
> Meeting extraordinary individuals from different countries
> Breathing the polar stillness

Can't be grateful enough for the life transforming experience right at the start of 2026.

From relatives to the general public to sports officials; when everyone sees you as a shame for the community, incompetent and weak woman instead of a passionate athlete; the only way forward is to believe in yourself.

All these challenges are the reason why women can't excel in sports & outdoor careers. And I am glad that I get to talk about the realities of our society openly.

I started my journey empty pockets, without a silver spoon or strong support and transformed myself into a completely new person through adventure sports.

And I am grateful to the few friends and organizations that empowered me along my sports journey.

All came together to celebrate 'Sweden's National Day' in Pakistan with great enthusiasm and high spirits.

I was truly honored to be invited and to meet Sweden's Ambassador to Pakistan, Alexandra Berg, who is passionate about encouraging and supporting the sports community.

I also finally had the pleasure of meeting our tennis star, Aisam ul Haq Qureshi whose energy and liveliness were as inspiring in person as they are on the court.

Congratulations to the Embassy of Sweden in Pakistan for an amazing event.
