Today, 10 December 2025, the Worthy Deputy Director LG&RDD, Mr. *Amir Nazim Durrani, along with Supervisor Nasar Khan ,* visited various Village Councils of Tehsil Mandanr. During the visit, they inspected the following records:
1. Cash Book
2. CRMS Record
3. Village Council Share Paid to the Village Councils
4. Birth, Marriage, Death, and Divorce Records
5. Normal Fee and Urgent Fee Records
6. Issuance of Tokens to Applicants
Furthermore, the Worthy Deputy Director granted approval for shifting the VC offices of UC Nagrai Amazi to the government building at VC Nagrai Amazi.

A two-day training program was held at the LG RDD Office Buner on Child Protection and Child Abuse Control, sponsored by SRSP.

اسسٹنٹ ڈائریکٹر سینئر لوکل گورنمنٹ بونیر، جناب امیر نظام درانی صاحب نے تمام سیکرٹریز کو ایک روزہ تربیتی سیشن دیا جس میں ویلج کونسل دفاتر کی روزمرہ سرگرمیوں کے بارے میں اہم رہنمائی فراہم کی گئی۔

ڈائریکٹر صاحب نے تمام سیکرٹریز کو ہدایت جاری کی کہ CRVs کے تمام رولز—جس میں پیدائش، وفات، نکاح نامہ اور طلاق نامہ شامل ہیں—کو صحیح طریقے سے عمل میں لایا جائے۔

اس کے ساتھ ساتھ ڈائریکٹر صاحب نے یہ بھی ہدایت کی کہ ہر ویلج کونسل میں فیس شیڈول اور سرٹیفکیٹ کے ٹوکن درخواست گزار کو باقاعدگی سے جاری کیے جائیں۔

مزید برآں، صفائی مہم کی روزانہ بنیاد پر مانیٹرنگ کو یقینی بنانے پر بھی خصوصی زور دیا گیا۔

دورے کے دوران انہوں نے ویلیج سیکرٹریز اور جینیٹرز اسٹاف کی حاضری چیک کی اور صفائی مہم کا جائزہ لیا۔

خیبر پختونخوا صفائی و ستھرائی مہم کے سلسلے میں تمام ویلیج کونسلز میں انتظامات کا معائنہ کیا گیا اور موقع پر ضروری ہدایات جاری کیں۔
