Notice of Postponement of Opening of Bids

Please be informed that the Opening of Bids for the projects originally scheduled for November 19, 2025, is hereby postponed.

During the final review of the bidding documents, the BAC Secretariat identified material discrepancies in the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), including missing items earlier submitted by the end-user but inadvertently omitted during document preparation. These discrepancies constitute material amendments that require the issuance of a Supplemental/Bid Bulletin, in compliance with Section 22.5.2 of the 2016 Revised IRR of RA 9184, which mandates that any amendment must be posted at least seven (7) calendar days before the deadline for submission and receipt of bids.

In order to uphold fairness, transparency, accuracy, and to avoid the risk of a failed bidding due to defective bidding documents, the PRRI BAC hereby resets the schedule of the opening of bids.
