📐 CAD Operator
Responsible for creating and revising 2D and 3D technical drawings using CAD software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp or SolidWorks. Prepares detailed plans, layouts, and schematics while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and industry standards. Coordinates with engineers, architects, and project teams, maintains organized project files, reviews and corrects design errors, converts sketches into digital drawings, and assists in project planning and drafting support.

✅ Minimum Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a CAD Operator, Draftsman, or similar role
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or SolidWorks
• Ability to read blueprints and construction/engineering plans
• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or related field

💰 Quantity Surveyor
Responsible for managing project costs and preparing estimates. Prepares cost analyses, bills of quantities, and contract documents while monitoring project expenses and material costs. Coordinates with engineers, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate budgeting and cost control, evaluates project variations, assists in procurement and tendering processes, reviews contracts and invoices, and provides financial advice throughout the construction project lifecycle.

✅ Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• Proven experience in quantity surveying or cost estimation for construction projects
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications
• Knowledge of contracts, procurement, and budgeting processes is an advantage

🗂️ Admin Staff
Responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily operations. Prepares and organizes documents, reports, permits, and project files, handles emails and phone inquiries, schedules meetings, monitors office supplies, and maintains accurate records. Coordinates with project engineers, site personnel, suppliers, and clients, assists in processing invoices and purchase requests, and supports overall office and project administration activities.

✅ Minimum Qualifications:
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documents
• Detail-oriented and able to work under minimal supervision
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with different departments
• Experience in administrative or office support roles is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
