Back in August 2020, during a time when the world seemed to slow down, we found ourselves longing for something familiar yet special—Authentic Chicken Biryani. It was a dish we would often travel to bigger cities to enjoy, and during the pandemic, we realized how much we missed those simple moments shared around great food.

What started as a small passion project soon became Chef Amora. From our kitchen, we prepared food packs and delivered them straight to doorsteps, bringing comfort, flavor, and a little joy during uncertain times.

The response was more than we could have imagined. Families gathered around our meals, friends sent food packs as thoughtful gifts, and customers became part of the Chef Amora family.

Today, our journey continues. While we have many exciting menu ideas waiting in line, we believe in growing with purpose—one menu, one recipe, and one memorable dining experience at a time.

And as we continue to evolve, we're excited to share that the dish that started it all is making its comeback.

Our Authentic Chicken Biryani will soon be available again.
