Instead of asking this vague question, I recommend you ask this instead...

"I have a background in medicine and I've always been interested in retailing, what do you think is a good business to open if I had P500,000".

In fact, when you do come up with this question, I'm sure you'll come to realize the possible niches that should best fit your background.
