📢 ANNOUNCEMENT | Training-Workshop on the Updating of Schedule of Market Values (SMV)
We are pleased to announce the Training-Workshop on the Updating of Schedule of Market Values (SMV) scheduled on November 25–28, 2025 in Metro Manila (TBA).
This 4-day activity aims to strengthen the competencies of Local Assessment Personnel in the development and updating of the SMV in line with national standards and valuation guidelines.

Please be advised that due to the inclement weather brought about by Tropical Storm Florita, the conduct of the Online Learning Session on LGU Credit Financing (1st batch), on 24 August 2022 for NCR, Region III, and Region IV-A, via Zoom, has been rescheduled for next week, 31 August 2022 (Wednesday) from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Batch 1: 24 August 2022 - NCR, Regions III, and lV-A
Batch 2: 25 August 2022 - CAR, Regions l, II, Mimaropa, V, and VI
Batch 3: 26 August 2022 - Regions VII, VIII, lX, X, Xl, Xll, and XIII
Session includes the Role of BLGF in Domestic Borrowings, and the Basics of LGU Credit Financing, including the procedures for securing the Certificate of Net Debt Service Ceiling and Borrowing Capacity.

This activity aims to provide an opportunity for the local treasurers, assistant treasurers, Local Chief Executives (LCEs), Sanggunian Members and the members of the Local Finance Committee, to enhance their knowledge on the concept and technicalities involved in credit financing, particularly the procedures in securing the Certificate of Net Debt Service Ceiling and Borrowing Capacity and to disseminate information regarding the role of the BLGF in domestic borrowing.
ln this regard, all interested individuals from all local government units (LGUs) are enjoined to attend this online learning session. Please be advised that we can only accommodate a maximum of seven (7) participants per LGU on a "First Come, First Served Basis".
