Through intelligent space planning and a user-centric architectural approach, we were able to challenge the conventional expectations of what a small lot can offer.

Clean lines, seamless volumes, and a modern tropical palette reflect a design that prioritizes natural light, ventilation, and efficient circulation—making the home feel open and expansive despite its modest footprint.
