The seminar was a powerful platform for learning and emphasizing the importance of gender equality, mental health awareness, and encouraging generational connections๐ค The discussions and interactive sessions encouraged participants to challenge stereotypes, prioritize mental well-being, and celebrate equality๐ช๐ป๐ค๐ป
