STORY TIME! Season 2! π€£
So, eto na. Dumagsa na ang sunod sunod na problema π and of course lessons learned para next time alam na gagawin.
Una, antanga ko rin na hindi ko naconfirm yung exact date ng departure ng team papuntang Mars Charot! Basta ibang bansa yan. Gahahaha Yung tentative date na nasa utak ko, 2 days earlier pala ang departure nila, so before departure nila or biyahe nila paluwas dapat makuha na nila yung uniforms. O, di. Stress malala. Pero nanatiling kalmado ang ate niyo, hindi pa pwedeng magwalling at magcry sa gedli. Kailangan magfocus kung ano dapat gawin. Naks! Feeling strong and independent woman π€£
Nakiusap ako sa manuf na baka pwede mas maagang date matapos at ipadala yung uniforms. Walang sagot. Syempre, kahit nakakahiya, nangulit ako nagmakaawa kahit magdagdag nalang ako ng rush fee, matapos lang agad.
Ang sagot nila, Hindi ko po sure matatapos nila. Blahblahblahblah
At madaming pakiusapan yan, in short. Hindi rin sila makapangako na matatapos ng maaga.
So the waiting game begins . . .

Annnnnddd . . . Sumagot naman si Lord. Natapos naman at may time pa ipadala via overnight and lightning fast bus ng Victory π€£
Nabunutan naman ako ng isang tinik aa dibdib nung mapadala. Pero nag-ooverthink na ako na paano kung malampas naman ang bagahe, or hindi nasama sa lumarga ng gabing yon edi next day pa biyahe non. Hindi aabot π Super stress, tipong second level na stress ba itow.
Kinabukasan, bantay sa phone waiting sa text kung lumanding na HAHAHA Before lunch, nagpunta kami branch para icheck sabi wala pa daw, mga 1PM pa daw dadating yung bus. Sure naman daw na dadating, inassure naman ako ni kuya.

Dumating nga yung bus at kasama don yung uniforms. Meron pa kaming more or less 6 hours para irepack yun kada participant. Kasi hindi pwede na ibigay as is tapos bahala na sila kasi sino magbabayad ng excess baggage sa eroplano? π€£
Sarap sa feeling nung natapos na lahat, paid and delivered na π
After two days, eto na, third level stress naaaa! May mga uniforms na hindi nagkasya π Lalo sa bottoms. Mixed emotions kasi iniisip ko ano nalang sinuot nila, syempre expected na may uniforms so hindi na siguro sila nagdala ng extra π Kinausap ko yung supplier, sabi naman sinunod naman nila yung binigay na size. So, back to me ang problem, kinausap rin namin ang client super apology kami na dapat nag-effort kami para sa actual size nila at itama sa size chart ng supplier. Although, wala ng time para gawin yun kasi it's the bussiest time of the year nga at sobrang ikli lang ng lead time. Grabeee. Sobrang nahihiya kami sa client pero nakapag-usap naman kami ng maayos. Mababait naman sila kaya super thankful parin kami, kasi first year palang namin sa business blessed kami ng mababait na clients.
And as for our part, WE LEARNED A LOT FROM THIS EXPERIENCE and we will use these lessons to continuously improve and provide better services to you, our dear clients.

PLOT TWIST. May SEASON 3! Forda kwento sa susunod. Halos kasabay nitong order na ito, kaya hindi rin namin nakita yung pagkukulang namin as supplier. Kaya sabi ko nga andaming mga lessons ang dinala namin ngayong 2026.

STORY TIME! π°
SEASON 1 and yasss, may season 2! π€£
(Dapat New Year post ito kaso andaming ganap sa life)
Orders we are grateful for last year. This was our biggest order of the year before Christmas, sobrang excited ng ate mo, naghanap ng suppliers, nagcompute at nawalan ng malay. Char! Dahil anlaki ng puhunan na kakailanganin, wala ako non. Credit Limit lang meron ako π€ Dahil malaki rin naman ang kikitain, sumugal nalang ako sa credit limit, sayang naman di nagagamit. Iniisip ko nalang na mababayaran ko naman agad kapag nadeliver ang orders. With lunok at gamunggong tagaktak ng pawis, nagdownpayment agad ako sa supplier para madeliver agad kasi parang more or less 15 days nalang kailangan madeliver yung orders kasi gagamitin as uniform sa competition overseas.
So, nagsend na kami ng approved designs and sizes. Siguro nasa 3 days din yung convo namin ng GA ng supplier para ifinalize yung sizes and sa ---- hindi ko alam ang term, template siguro. Yun.
Yung project pala ay complete sets of uniforms for 3 days, so 3 sets of uniforms yun with jacket and embroidered cap (yang nasa photo sa baba).
Yung suppliers namin dito, direct manuf po sila na pwede makipagsabayan sa prices ng province. Hehe
