✔️The Staircases are fire-resistant since the materials are all concrete;

✔️The Fire-exit Ladder is an enclosed box type which evacuees can safely use without the fear of falling and without risks of injuries;

✔️Fire extinguishers are provided inside the edifice with simple instructions posted.

✔️Reminders and signages are conspicuously posted for the public to notice and read.

✔️CCTVs are installed at strategic areas in order to monitor all activities inside the premises (All footages are kept private unless required by any lawful and moral order to be provided).

We deeply apologize for all the inconveniences caused by our request to see your IDENTIFICATION CARDS (IDs) showing your birthdates.

As such, ethically, we do not encourage those who are under the legal age to engage in excessive karaoke time which would directly hinder your studies (especially if you're currently a student), and your relationship with your families, especially your parents.

Furthermore, we also have to comply with our existing laws and regulations.
