TICKET SALES AND RAFFLE GUIDELINES:

1. Only SNS alumni members are qualified to join in the grand night raffle draw. An SNS Alumnus is defined as a graduate of SNS (either junior or senior high) or those with at least 2 years residency in the school.

2. Members and Class Officers of the host class 1998 are disqualified to join in the raffle draws.

3. Ticket selling and purchases shall commence on May 20, 2024 and end on August 17, 2024 7PM. Ticket price is at 100.00/ticket.

4. From May 20 to June 30, 2024 , every purchase of TEN (10) tickets shall be eligible for FIVE free ticket (10 plus 5)

From July 1 to July 31, 2024 , every purchase of TEN (10) tickets shall be eligible for THREE free ticket (10 plus 3)

From August 1 to August 17, 2024 every purchase of TEN (10) tickets shall be eligible for TWO free ticket (10 plus 2)

5. Cut off on the dropping of the ticket stubs at the tambiolos is at 8:00 evening of the Grand Night, August 17, 2024. The sales and purchases of raffle tickets shall cease at 7PM.

6. Each ticket has two stubs --one stub will be placed in the Grand Raffle tambiolo for the GRAND and minor prizes (1M, 300K, 5K, 1K), the other stub is for the GROUP tambiolo for MAJOR prizes (150K, 100K, 50K).

Grouping will be as follows: (written individually in smaller tarp)
GROUP 1: BATCH 2000 -2024
GROUP 2: BATCH 1980-1999
GROUP 3: BATCH 1979 and below

7. Tickets sold shall bear the stamped batch logo and the signature of the authorized batch representatives. These tickets are numbered, monitored and closely coordinated by the class officers and members.

8. There shall only be one winner each for the major prizes at the grand night, the same person/ ticket owner shall not be allowed to claim more than one major prize.

9. MINOR prizes during the grand night will be drawn from the GRAND TAMBIOLO and multiple claims of the same winner for different stubs shall be allowed.

10. Upon announcement of the winner, the person shall be given a count sufficient to declare his/her presence at the raffle event. Absence at the actual raffle draw will disqualify the person and forfeit the prize, in place of another draw. No representation is allowed.

** for the 98 pcs 1K, and 20pcs 5K winners can claim prizes until before major prizes are drawn otherwise, we will redraw winners before drawing for major prizes

11. The ticket claim stub is required to be presented to claim the prize. Replacements for lost claim stubs shall not be entertained. NO CLAIM STUB, NO PRIZE.

12. Tickets confirmed and verified by the Execom Officers of Class 1998 to be fake or fraudulently acquired shall be disqualified and ineligible to claim the prize, with no prejudice to proper actions against the perpetrators of the fraudulent tickets/claims.

13. For security purposes, major and grand prizes will be released 3 days after Grand Night. The Major Prizes and Grand Prize winners are subject to verification before release of cash prize. Disputes on tickets, raffle prizes will be entertained for 3 days only until which the cash prize will be released to the winner. On matters of dispute, the Officers of Class 1998 shall decide and vote for resolution of the issue at hand as a collegial body.

14. Unclaimed prizes will be reverted back to the batch 1998 fund.
