Hindi lang clients ko ang siniserve ko as a freelancer 🥲😰

For me to have consistent clients, nagwowork din ako para sa sariling business ko na ‘to. Meron din mga bagay na kailangan ko gawin behind the scenes.

Isa na dito ang pag-cocontent planning and creating. 💭📝

Dahil sa niche ko and market na napili ko, kelangan ko mag tyaga sa pag show up para may mahatak akong clients.

Hindi ako consistent sa pagpopost lalo na if talagang loaded sa client projects, pero as much as possible dapat talaga consistent ang pagshoshow up para consistent din ang pasok ng leads.

Ika nga ni chief (John Pagulayan, founder of The Freelance Movement Tribe na unang inenrollan ko), there’s no unstable freelancing, only unstable freelancer.

Kasi nasa saten ang desisyon kung patuloy ba tayong maglelead generation(maghahanap ng client) or hindi. 🤗

USAPANG SWELDO/INCOME 💸💵

So, may mga nakikita akong posts sa mga groups nag aask about okay na ba daw yung $4 per hour, $100 per week, etc. na sahod as a VA.

Personal take:

Saken okay lang magstart sa mababa. I started $75 per week AS A TOTAL NEWBIE sa first ever client ko.

Was it enough for our cost of living? Of course hindi. Bills, rent, daily needs (with 10-month old baby that time).

But I took the job kasi bakit hindi? Choosy pa ba? 😅

But seriously, nung mga panahon na yon kasi, ang focus ko lang talaga is TO GET STARTED. As long as marangal ang trabaho, go.

I took it as a stepping stone sa aking WFH journey and if babalik man ako sa past, tatanggapin ko parin ang client na yon kasi kung di dahil sa kanya and sa work na binigay nya, I’m pretty sure wala ako sa kung saan na ako ngayon.

Remember, WE ALL START SOMEWHERE. And if starting means starting small but growing later on, go ako don.

Everytime nag-a-upgrade ako or nagmemake over ng office, talagang isinasapuso ko eh hahah kasi dito tayo kumikita. 😁

The more maganda set-up ng working desk, the more ganado tayo. Agree ba kayo?? 😍
