on my silent days, i wish my parents knew that i am struggling, too.

i wish they knew that i am still figuring things out, that i'm not as strong as i pretend to be. because even though i'm grown, i still need their comfort, their guidance, their love. i just need them to see me, really see me, and let me know it's okay to struggle. maybe then, i wouldn't feel so alone in my silent days.

my dream before was buying goya chocolate and jollispaghetti. i feel like only rich kid can buy those. now, i can’t imagine na i can have those things na everyday.

maybe at this age, i still can't afford to buy a house but im still healing my inner child. realizing na it's not all about the goya chocolate and the jollispaghetti. dati ang hirap bumili ng mga iyon pero ngayon nabibili ko na anytime. this is a reminder lang na we can afford enough to make us happy. maybe we don't have things that others have, but what we have is enough.
