It truly saddens me to share that I will be putting our Dubai Chewy Cookie on pause for now.

From day one, this cookie was created with intention — carefully choosing high-quality pistachio and roasted kataifi pastry to achieve that rich, balanced, and indulgent flavor many of you have come to love. The ingredients are not just components; they are the heart of what makes this cookie special.

Recently, the demand for these key ingredients has significantly increased, making them more difficult to source at the quality standard I strictly follow. While there are alternatives available, I made a promise to myself — and to all of you — that I will never compromise on taste, texture, and overall experience just to keep a product on the menu.

Rather than adjusting the quality or raising the price beyond what feels reasonable, I’ve decided to temporarily pause production.

This decision wasn’t easy. I know how much you love this cookie, and seeing your excitement every restock truly means so much to me. 🥺 But quality will always come first.

The good news? This gives me the opportunity to refocus on my original baked goods — the recipes that started this journey. I’m excited to pour even more creativity and intention into them, while working behind the scenes to bring back the Dubai Chewy Cookie once everything aligns again.

Thank you for always supporting my small baking business and for understanding that every decision I make is rooted in delivering only the best.
