"Ang Katawan ay Para sa Paglilingkod sa Diyos"

1 Corinto 6:13
Sasabihin naman ng iba, “Ang pagkain ay para sa tiyan at ang tiyan ay para sa pagkain.” Totoo iyan, ngunit parehong sisirain ng Diyos ang mga ito. Ang katawan ay hindi para sa imoralidad sapagkat ito'y para sa paglilingkod sa Panginoon, at ang Panginoon naman ang nag-aalaga sa katawan.

Ang ating katawan ay binili sa mahal halaga( Sa dugo ni Cristo) Ibig sabihin tayo ay malinis na at pinag banal na ng Diyos.

sapagkat binili na kayo sa isang halaga. Kaya't gamitin ninyo ang inyong katawan upang maparangalan ang Diyos.
1 Mga Taga-Corinto 6:20

Ituon na natin sa paglilingkod sa
Diyos ang ating katawan ng may kabanalan sapagkat iniligtas at nilinis niya tayo upang hindi na bumalik sa marumi at masamang pamumuhay.
Hindi magiging katanggap tanggap sa Diyos ang ating paglilingkod kung patuloy tayong namumuhay sa kasalanan.

Patawad po O Diyos sa aking nagagawang kasalanan upang mabigyan kita ng kahihiyan . Linisin mo ang puso at isipan ko upang magamit mo sa iyong banal na gawain dito sa lupa. Sa ngalan ni Jesus Amen!

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
John 3:16

Through God’s grace and mercy we have been saved. None of us can earn it and we certainly don’t deserve it! But because He loves us, we now have the gift of salvation!

When we say we love God, it must be seen in our actions. 🤍

Let’s always choose to remain in the love of the Lord so that people may experience His goodness and peace. ❤️

SPIRITUAL DEVOTION

“For all that is in the world -- the desires of the flesh and the desires of the eyes and pride of life -- is not from the Father but is from the world."
(1 John 2:16, ESV)

REFLECTION:
Where does my heart truly belong, to God or to this world?

Do I live to know God and His eternal love, or do I live for the world and its temporary pleasures?

Do I still have arrogant pride, have lusts in my thoughts, and crave excessively for fleshly pleasure and impurity?

ACTION POINT:
The Scriptures warned me of the danger in Romans 12:2, “And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.”

Worldliness is a matter of the heart. If my heart is captured by the world, I will end up loving the things of this world. But if my heart is captured by the love of God, I will be drawn closer to Him and to the things of God.

I will not let the world around me squeeze or form me into its own mold, but instead I shall let God re-mold me into His likeness, from the inside out.

I commit to detach myself from the things of this world and any attachments that might bring me away from the Father.

I have chosen and will maintain my choice: I will love JESUS and NOT the world, for I am in the world... BUT NOT of this world!

When the world says, “Follow your heart!” Let God’s Word be the anthem of your heart, “I will follow what is right, loving, and kind. Today, I will choose to follow Jesus and pursue the things that bring honor to His Name.” ❤️

Be empowered to do what is right, to show compassion, and to shed light to those who are lost and living in darkness. Even when no one cares, appreciates, nor recognizes, do not be disheartened. Do not stop doing what is right and pleasing to God.

Receive God’s power and transforming love, in Jesus’ name, amen! 🙏

“Enter through the narrow gate; for the gate is wide and the way is broad that leads to destruction, and there are many who enter through it. For the gate is small and the way is narrow that leads to LIFE, and there are few who find it.”
(Matthew 7:13-14, NASB)

REFLECTION:
Do I believe in life after death?

What path or way am I choosing to live?

Do I live a life that is pleasing to the Lord and that which will lead me to His Kingdom?

Or do I conform to what is easier, more convenient, and what is practiced by many?

ACTION POINT:
Someone said, “Salvation is free, but it will cost your life everything.” Salvation demands that I act in faith, even if it goes against what I want and against what others believe and practice.

For the gate to His Kingdom is NARROW; entering would require a transformed heart, manifested in my godly choices and selfless compromises.

I will choose the difficult and narrow gate symbolizing the way Christians must live, rather than to the smooth, easy way of the world, because the difficult way brings rewards that those who remain on the smooth and easy way shall never know or find.

I will be a faithful follower of JESUS -- the WAY, the TRUTH, the LIFE. By His grace, I have been redeemed from eternal destruction.

Difficult is the way which leads to life but “Lord, I will follow You wherever You go” (Luke 9:57). By Your GRACE, I am SURE of my SALVATION!
