We are shaped by our past experiences, but we must never allow them to determine our future. Our past may have influenced us, but it does not define who we are meant to become.
Especially when you are spiritually reborn through Jesus Christ, you are made new. You are no longer bound by who you used to be. Let go of the past, and do not allow it to define your identity. You are a new creation—walk forward in that truth with faith, freedom, and purpose.
There is a verse that never fails to bring tears to my eyes: (Luke 23:24) ‘Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.’ Imagine the weight of all suffering pressing down, and yet, from the lips of our Lord Jesus Christ flows this prayer of mercy—a love so boundless it forgives even the unknowing. In that moment, pain and grace entwine, and the heart glimpses a love that surpasses all understanding.

Kidding aside . The truth is being unbothered is not because you are just strong , being unbothered is being selective in where to invest your emotions . And then we will go back to the scripture, once you read the Bible it will give you wisdom and understanding on what truly matters in our lives .
