Prior to the immunization, an informative orientation was conducted by Division Nurse Rez B. Unayan to educate learners on the importance of vaccination and its role in preventing vaccine-preventable diseases.

On September 29, 2026, the Rural Health Unit (RHU) of Matalam, with the assistance of the Barangay Salvacion Barangay Health Workers (BHWs), successfully administered vaccines to the Grade 7 learners of Salvacion High School, promoting their health, safety, and overall well-being.

This collaborative effort underscores the importance of accessible healthcare services in schools and reinforces the shared commitment to nurturing a healthier generation and building a safer learning environment.
