Reassist for philpen and opt . operation timbang sa mga wata 0- 59 months for identified nutrition status @ Barangay Rajahmuda,SGA BARMM. It was conducted by the very active BHW and BIAF BHW headed by Barangay Midwife.

September 18, 2024 the BHS Rajahmuda conducted School Base MR and HPV vaccination at Rajahmuda Elementary School. Thank you so much for the strong support of Ma'am Wafa Tahir the School Principal of Rajahmuda Elementary School.

September 4, 2024 the BHS Rajahmuda conducted routine immunization, prenatal and family planning activity.
