Position: Lead Generation & BDR Performance Manager - Remote
Company: LeadStream AI – Newport Beach, CA (SaaS + Ai automation agency)
Commitment: Full time(40 hrs/week)
Schedule: 9AM – 6PM US Pacific (12 MN – 9AM PHT)

What You’ll Do
Lead Generation (40%)
Build laser-targeted lists using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and scrapers. Launch & test cold outreach in GoHighLevel (email/SMS/LinkedIn).
BDR Management (30%)
Set targets, coach reps, track KPIs, run 1:1s, review calls, and manage the BDR scorecard.
Reporting & RevOps (15%)
Push clean data to CRM, track funnel conversion, forecast pipeline, and brief the CEO weekly.
Processes & SOPs (10%)
Document playbooks, onboarding flows, and repeatable outbound systems.
Tool QA (5%)
Keep GHL, Zapier, Slack alerts, and automation running smoothly—spot issues early.

What You’ll Need
3+ years B2B outbound experience (US/Canada markets)
1+ year managing SDR/BDR teams with measurable success
Advanced with Apollo or ZoomInfo + LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Fluent in CRM tools (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, etc.)
Excellent spoken & written English (C1/C2)
Strong with Google Sheets or Looker Studio
Reliable computer (i5+, 8 GB+), internet, and power backup

Bonus If You Have:
Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Synthflow, ElevenLabs)
Sold SaaS or marketing automation services
Cold-call coaching certifications (e.g., Sandler, Winning by Design)

Lead Generation & Business Development Representative~ Remote
Direct US-Based Ai Marketing & CRM Company

This is a 30-day work agreement (subject for renewal after 30 days, based on performance), remote position with a shift running from 9 AM to 5 PM PST

Compensation Breakdown:

Base Pay: $3.50/hour (paid bi-weekly)

Performance Bonus:

$3.00 for every qualified appointment shown (i.e., when the lead attends the scheduled appointment)

Closed Client Bonus:

$25.00 bonus for every client sale closed that originates from an appointment you booked

Important:
At the end of the 30-day period, pending your performance, activity levels, and appointment quality,
you will be eligible to qualify for a new contract at $4.00/hour, with continued access to bonuses and additional growth opportunities.
(Term length for the next contract will be determined at the time of review.)
