We have successfully implemented an electronic statement of account (eSOA system) that instantly sends SOA as a PDF file w/ password encryption via email to the thousands of customers of the Manila Memorial Park, a subsidiary of the Yuchengco Group of Companies
With eSOA they were able to significantly cut on bills printing and sending expenses and at the same time increased collection efficiency 🤓
