Why PromoCob?
In the history of running raffle promotions, the usual elements are raffle coupons and drop boxes. Customers fill out the stub portion of the raffle coupon and keep the other portion for monitoring. The stub is dropped in the drop-box. This procedure is repeated for every raffle coupon the customer earns. If a customer is asked what one thing would he like to change about the Raffle Promo, the customer would likely say “the process and time it takes to fill-out the stubs, especially when I have so many stubs to complete.”
Companies running raffle promotions also face certain constraints with the usual raffle coupons and drop box system. Drop Boxes take up precious physical space. Multiple drop boxes in multiple locations with multiple draws entail a whole lot of logistics coordination. Finally, when the final draw is over, hundreds or thousands or hundreds of thousands of raffle stubs are simply discarded, with each stub potentially carrying information that can be used for further marketing studies.
