: Pursuant to the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) Resolution No. 150-A series of 2022, the National Capital Region and seven other provinces will be placed under COVID-19 Alert Level 2 from February 1 to 15, 2022.
The decision to place these areas back to the second lowest alert level comes after the decline in recorded COVID-19 cases in the past days.
Under Alert Level 2, film, music, and television production are allowed to resume with a maximum of 50 people on-site, subject to the joint guidelines as may be issued by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), and the Department of Health.

: As the Philippines continues to combat the recent surge in COVID-19 cases attributed to the Omicron variant, the national government put the National Capital Region, its nearby provinces, and other provinces to the stricter Alert Level 3.
The reversion of these areas to the more stringent alert level is part of the government's effort to curb the spread of the virus.
