It was previously checked by another technician, but they had difficulty removing the planetary assembly. Unfortunately, part of the pin groove was left stuck on the shaft, which caused the planetary to get badly stuck.

We literally had to grind it out just to remove it 🥲 After general maintenance and replacing the planetary assembly and pin groove, the unit is now as good as new ✨

We also noticed that the lock/pin of the attachment shaft had already loosened, which may mix with the food if it had completely broken off.
