Step 1: Read All Important Reminders

Before proceeding, kindly read all the important reminders and guidelines provided in the announcement.

Step 2: Identify Your Age Category

Determine which age group you belong to:

- 12–14 years old – Associate Member
- 15 years old and above – Regular Member

Step 3: Read the Appropriate Instructions

- If you are 15 years old and above, kindly read the instructions for Regular Membership.
- If you are 12–14 years old, kindly read the instructions for Associate Membership.

Take Note:
✅ 15 years old and above are classified as Regular Members.
✅ 12–14 years old are classified as Associate Members.

Step 4: Locate the Appropriate QR Code

Find the QR code corresponding to your membership category and scan or click it.

Step 5: Access the Application Form

Once the QR code is scanned or clicked, a form in PDF format will appear.

Step 6: Complete the Application Form

You may download the PDF file and edit it using a third-party application. If this is not possible, you may take a screenshot of the form and answer it through your gallery's text editing feature.

Step 7: Associate Members' Self-Endorsement Letter

For Associate Members, the self-endorsement letter should explain:

- Why you chose to apply for PeerKada.
- Why you deserve to become a member of the organization.

Step 8: Submit the Completed Requirements

Submit your completed requirements to the appropriate email address:

Regular Members (15 years old and above)

Step 9: Verify Your Submission

Before sending your application, make sure that all required documents are complete, properly filled out, and attached to your email.
