Despite the heavy rains and the LGU’s announcement of river overflow, we’re grateful that the roads at One Asia Business Center remained clear with zero flooding. 🌧️✨ Let’s all stay dry and safe!

On July 31, 19 lot owners joined us for our Annual General Assembly. Although the required quorum was not reached, the Board of Trustees proceeded with the presentation of the Association’s annual accomplishments and updates.

The meeting also provided an opportunity for the Board to listen to the feedback, concerns, and suggestions of the members present. Their insights are valuable as we continue to improve the management and services of the Association.

We are also pleased to share the good news regarding the Association’s annual dues for 2027. After careful deliberation and thorough consideration of our operating expenses and financial position, the Board of Trustees has approved another reduction in the annual association dues, effective 2027.

This reduction reflects the Board’s commitment to responsible financial management while ensuring that the Association continues to maintain the necessary services, facilities, and operations for the benefit of all members.

We successfully concluded the Q2 Board Meeting with the One Asia Business Center Commercial Association Inc. Board of Trustees. Grateful for the productive discussions, shared insights, and continued collaboration as we work toward strengthening our community and elevating the One Asia Business Center experience.

Dear Lot Owners and Building Locators,

Please be informed that the Administration Office of One Asia Business Center Commercial Association will be closed on June 12, 2026 (Friday) in observance of Philippine Independence Day.

In view of this, there will be no administrative office operations on the said date. All administrative transactions will resume on the next regular working day.

Tenants who may require working permits, gate passes, or other related clearances are advised to secure them ahead of time to avoid any inconvenience.

The One Asia Business Center Commercial Association, Inc. (OABCCAI) is continuously committed to enhancing and maintaining our community's infrastructure for the benefit of all lot owners, locators, tenants, employees, and visitors.

As part of our ongoing facility improvement program, restoration and repair works are currently being undertaken, including:
