📢 NOTICE TO ALL LOT OWNERS & BUILDING OWNERS OF ONE ASIA BUSINESS CENTER
We would like to inform the community that Emergency Assembly Point signages have been installed in several designated areas around the estate. These signages have been carefully placed along pathways/sidewalks and open spaces to ensure visibility, accessibility, and compliance with our health and safety standards.
Please be assured that these signages are not intended to obstruct any vacant lots or ongoing property developments. Their current locations were selected with careful consideration for current site conditions. Should future infrastructure or construction works require adjustments, the signages can be relocated accordingly to continue serving the best interests of the estate and its occupants.

Ang Laguna Lake Development Authority (LLDA) ay nagbibigay ng mahigpit na babala sa lahat ng mga residente na naninirahan sa baybayin ng Laguna de Bay. Ang lawa ay nananatiling nasa pinakamataas na kapasidad simula pa ng malalakas na pag ulan noong nakaraang mga buwan at hindi pa lubusang bumababa. Sa pagdating ng Bagyong Uwan na inaasahang magdadala ng malakas na pag-ulan, maaaring tumaas pa ang tubig ng hanggang 0.5 metro, lalo na kung tatama ang landas ng bagyo sa rehiyon ng CALABARZON, na magdudulot ng malubhang panganib ng pagbaha sa mga komunidad na nakapalibot sa lawa.

Hinihikayat namin kayong kumilos kaagad upang protektahan ang inyong sarili at pamilya. Ihinto na ang lahat ng pangingisda at anumang aktibidades sa lawa. Maghanda ng emergency supplies kabilang ang pagkain, tubig, at gamot. Suriin ang inyong tahanan kung madaling bahain at alamin ang inyong evacuation route. Higit sa lahat, sundin ang anumang evacuation order mula sa inyong Local Government Unit nang walang pag-aalinlangan.

Manatiling updated sa pamamagitan ng pagsubaybay sa opisyal na ulat mula sa PAGASA, NDRRMC, at inyong lokal na disaster council. Makipag-ugnayan sa inyong Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction Office kung kailangan ninyo ng tulong.

Ang inyong buhay at kaligtasan ang aming prayoridad. Manatiling ligtas, alerto, at handa.
