The Land Transportation Office – Negros Island Region (LTO-NIR) headed by 𝑶𝑰𝑪 𝑹𝒆𝒈𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑫𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒐𝒓 𝑱𝒆𝒄𝒌 𝑫. 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒍𝒖 together with 𝑰𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒊𝒈𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑰𝒏𝒗𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒈𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑼𝒏𝒊𝒕 (𝑰𝑰𝑼) is urgently calling the attention of a motorcycle rider who was recently seen performing dangerous “superman-like” stunts while riding along the public roads of Don Salvador Benedicto.

Video and photo evidence circulating online show the rider lying flat on his motorcycle while in motion — a reckless act that endangers not only his life but also the safety of motorists, passengers, and pedestrians using the same road.
Public roads are not stunt arenas.

📢 𝐃𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐄 𝐓𝐎 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐑𝐈𝐃𝐄𝐑
The concerned motorcycle rider is hereby directed to immediately present himself and his motorcycle to the Land Transportation Office – Negros Island Region (LTO-NIR) for proper investigation and verification.

Failure to voluntarily appear before the LTO-NIR may result in the issuance of a Show Cause Order (SCO) and the initiation of appropriate legal and administrative proceedings.

We are appealing to anyone who has information regarding the identity or whereabouts of the said rider to coordinate with the nearest LTO District Office within the Negros Island Region.
