WEATHER UPDATE: The low pressure area (LPA) east of Aurora has developed into Tropical Depression , according to the 8:00 a.m. weather bulletin of PAGASA this Monday, Sept. 16.
The center of Bagyong was last monitored 315 km east northeast of Casiguran, Aurora and is moving westward at 10 kph with a maximum sustained winds of 45 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 55 kph.
