Preparedness saves lives.

In support of the 2nd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED), our 𝘾𝘼𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙙𝙨 joined fellow GCians in promoting preparedness and strengthening readiness in the event of earthquakes and other emergencies.

The drill served as a reminder of the importance of disaster preparedness, quick response, and proper safety procedures. Through the “Duck, Cover, and Hold” exercise, participants were able to practice essential actions that can help minimize risks and protect lives during seismic events.

As members of the community, let us continue to cultivate a culture of preparedness, resilience, and responsibility. Being informed and ready today can make a difference tomorrow.

With the spirit of volunteerism and community service, our 𝘾𝘼𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙙𝙨 took part in 𝘽𝙧𝙞𝙜𝙖𝙙𝙖 𝙀𝙨𝙠𝙬𝙚𝙡𝙖 2026 held earlier yesterday at 8:00 AM at Barretto I Elementary School.

Through collective effort and cooperation, volunteers contributed their time and energy to help prepare classrooms and school facilities for the upcoming academic year. This initiative reflects the shared commitment of students and community members in creating a safe, welcoming, and conducive learning environment for young learners.

As advocates of service and nation-building, we remain committed to supporting programs that promote education, community engagement, and social responsibility.

Together, we build not only better schools but also stronger communities. 💙

The journey of growth and leadership continued as our 𝘾𝘼𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙙𝙨, together with fellow student leaders from various organizations, participated in Day 2 of the 𝘾𝙖𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝘽𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙋𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝘿𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙥𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙢 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙎𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙊𝙧𝙜𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙯𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 2026, held at the Gordon College Main Campus Function Hall on June 2, 2026.

Centered on the topic, “𝙎𝙖𝙛𝙚 𝙎𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙚𝙨, 𝙎𝙩𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨: 𝘼𝙙𝙫𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙂𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝙎𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙞𝙣 𝙎𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨,” the session highlighted the importance of fostering inclusive, respectful, and supportive environments where every individual feels safe, valued, and empowered.

The program proper, which commenced at 1:00 PM, featured 𝙈𝙧. 𝘾𝙝𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙥𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙎. 𝙎𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙩, Unit Head of the University NSTP-CWTS of Pampanga State University, who shared valuable insights on gender sensitivity, responsible leadership, and the role of student leaders in cultivating safe spaces within their respective organizations and communities.

As Day 2 concludes, our student leaders are reminded that true leadership is not only about guiding others but also about creating environments where everyone is respected, heard, and given the opportunity to thrive.

The journey toward becoming transformative leaders officially begins as our 𝘾𝘼𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙙𝙨, together with fellow student leaders from various organizations, take part in Day 1 of the 𝘾𝙖𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝘽𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙋𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝘿𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙥𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙢 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙎𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙊𝙧𝙜𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙯𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 2026, held at the SMX Convention Center on June 1, 2026.

With the theme, “𝙍𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘼𝙗𝙤𝙫𝙚 𝘽𝙖𝙧𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙧𝙨: 𝘽𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙎𝙖𝙛𝙚 𝙎𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙖 𝘽𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙏𝙤𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙧𝙤𝙬,” the program aims to equip student leaders with the knowledge, skills, and mindset necessary to create meaningful impact within their organizations and communities.

The first session, which commenced at 8:30 AM, featured 𝙈𝙧. 𝙅𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙨 𝘿𝙪𝙥𝙤, 𝙍𝙉, 𝙈𝙋𝙃, 𝙈𝙎𝙉, CEO and President of the John 14:14 Group of Companies, who shared valuable insights on leadership, personal growth, and overcoming challenges while emphasizing the role of faith in God, perseverance, and purpose-driven leadership in achieving success.

As Day 1 comes to a close, our 𝘾𝘼𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙙 leaders continue to embrace learning opportunities that inspire growth, resilience, and transformative leadership.

The Philippine Society of Customs Administration Students – Gordon College Chapter successfully conducted the 𝙊𝙣-𝙩𝙝𝙚-𝙅𝙤𝙗 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 (𝙊𝙅𝙏) Orientation for all 3rd Year BSCA students held at the Function Hall, Gordon College Annex Building earlier today.

The orientation served as a comprehensive guide for future interns as they prepare to enter the professional field of Customs Administration and Logistics. Discussions included internship guidelines, qualifications, requirements, grading systems, partner companies, and the roles and responsibilities of student interns.
