Hi mga kuys kunting tip lang pag nag apply or nagpapasa ng resume! :)

Be sure palagi na naglalagay kayo ng subject if ano ung inaaplyan nyo and details nadin ng kaunti lang din sa email. Para pag chineck din ng hr un or kahit sino man is di na hirap or manghuhula if ano inaaplyan nyo po 😊

Second is be sure din na nakapdf na and di naka word pa hehe. Para mukha naman professional diba hehe

Third is sa resume nyo dapat naka onpoint example if laravel inaaplyan be sure na ilagay nyo lang sa resume nyo is about lang sa laravel para pag chineck ng ai un or hr di na hirap or mas may chance kayo mareplyan agad agad kasi alam nila na may alam ka sa inapplyan mo hehe

Marami kasi ako nakikita sa resume na nakalagay ng sobrang daming stack di ko nadin tuloy malaman if ano ba talaga ung ginagamit na stack.

So un lang if madami kayong stack na gamit maganda mag seperate kayo ng resume based sa stack na gusto nyo applyan para mas tumaas chance nyo mareplyan or makakuha ng interview!

Always remeber

It took me 2 years bago ko makuha ung work at client na nagtitiwala sakin ngaun. Sobrang daming puyat, rejection,aral, stress at burn out ang naranasan ko bago ko marating ung buhay na meron ako ngaun. Alam ko sobrang layo ko pa sa pangarap na gusto ko kaya hanggang ngaun di padin ako tumitigil mag aral at mag trabaho.

So kaya ikaw kapatid wag ka susuko iba man ung trabaho mo sa kung ano man ang trabaho na gusto mo ay okay lang yan trabaho padin naman yan eh. Take a deep breath, Plan, Execute and continue to learn.

Alam ko makukuha mo din ung trabaho at pangarap na gusto mo basta magpatuloy ka lang at wag susuko 😉😊

Social media platform TikTok is laying off hundreds of employees from its global workforce, including a large number of staff in Malaysia, the company said on Friday, as it shifts focus towards a greater use of AI in content moderation.

Meanwhile, in response to Reuters' queries, TikTok confirmed the layoffs and said that several hundred employees were expected to be impacted globally as part of a wider plan to improve its moderation operations.

"We're making these changes as part of our ongoing efforts to further strengthen our global operating model for content moderation," a TikTok spokesperson said in a statement.
