From Mud to Mandate: The Beginning of RSCT MS-3.

The sun was barely heating up the horizon at the Marinduque State University grounds on June 4, 2026, but the air was already heavy with a sudden realization: the easy days are officially over.

They arrived as individuals, clean-cut in their crisp white shirts and denim jeans. But the moment the opening ceremony of the RSCT MS-3 concluded, the real test began. There was no time to celebrate or ease into the routineโ€”they were thrust straight into their traditional reception rites, and the grandstand and open fields instantly became their proving grounds.

"Down!" came the command, and reality set in. The bark of the tactical officer shattered the civilian calm.

Instantly, palms slammed into the gritty gravel. Those pristine white shirts didn't stay white for long, quickly soaking up the dark, damp mud of the MSU grounds. Lungs burned as they cycled through relentless push-ups, leg raises, and high-knees under the humid morning sky. It was chaotic, loud, and exhaustingโ€”a deliberate shock to the system meant to break old habits.

But as the sweat dripped into the dirt, something changed. The individual groans turned into a shared cadence. When they finally stood back up to run, their feet hit the ground in a heavy, unified rhythm.

Looking at them standing in formation at the end of the day, you could no longer see the hesitant trainees who walked onto the campus that morning. Covered in dirt, bound by sweat, and standing tall under the sun, they has officially survived their reception and taken their first true step toward leadership.

The journey has just begun. Welcome to the brotherhood, trainees! ๐Ÿค๐Ÿ”ฅ
