🎟️ The raffle prizes will be drawn tonight during the awarding ceremony. Winners must be present at the time of the draw to claim their prize.

⚠️ Please note that players who have already withdrawn from the tournament are no longer eligible to participate in the raffle draw.

🔁 Winners are given two minutes to approach the organizers and claim their prize. In the event that a winner is absent or late during the draw, another entry will be selected in their place.

📢 ANNOUNCEMENT

Due to the unexpected bad weather tonight, theMIXED BEGINNERS Pickleball Category is officially CANCELLED.

To ensure fair play and the safety of all participants, the committee has decided to RESET all games, within the MIXED BEGINNERS CATEGORY -- This inclued all games that have been played tonight as well as all games that are scheduled for tomorrow. All games within MIXED BEGINNERS CATEGORY will be RESCHEDULED next week on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday next week.

All participants are requested to inform the organizers on or before Tuesday whether they will PROCEED or WITHDRAW from the tournament. Players who choose to withdraw will receive a FULL REFUND.

Please note that FINAL BRACKETING and SCHEDULE will be released after the Tuesday, June 16, submission deadline.

Please be aware that there is a newly updated game schedule for the Women's Novice category. Kindly review the updated schedule carefully and make the necessary arrangements to arrive on time for your matches.

⚠️ IMPORTANT REMINDER (VERY VERY STRICT) ⚠️

Players must be present and ready to play at their scheduled match time. A grace period of only 10 minutes will be given. Failure to arrive within the allotted time will result in a DEFAULT and the match will be awarded to the opposing team.
