📌 NOW HIRING: Manual Operations Associate (Office-Based, Flexible Schedule)
📍 Location: Brgy. San Roque, Lambaguhon Iligan City Philippines (Onsite)
🕒 Schedule: Flexible Shift | Night-Based Hours (U.S. Time)
💼 Type: Part-time and can be full-time depending on performance
📅 Start Date: Immediate
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Listen to short live audio interactions and manually input customer orders or data
- Ensure accuracy and speed in transcribing information
- Monitor and assist processes that need human intervention
- Tag and report inconsistencies using internal tools
- Follow structured SOPs for input and escalation
✅ Qualifications
- Excellent listening skills and comprehension in English
- Fast and accurate typing speed
- Comfortable working on a flexible night schedule
- working At least 6 months of office-based experience (BPO, data entry, QA, POS etc.) is a plus but not required
- Able to work in a quiet, focused office environment
- Willing to work onsite (no work-from-home option)
- Tech-comfortable and able to follow detailed instructions
✅ Applicants living in or near Brgy. San Roque or Lambaguhon are highly preferred
