We are honored to officially welcome Bp. JOSE JR. CAMBEL POLICARPIO, Ph.D as the Regional Director for Region IX (Zamboanga Peninsula) of the World Chaplain Federation (WCF) under the Southeast Asia Command.
With his distinguished background in Pastoral Counseling, Human Development, Education, and Public Governance, Dr. Policarpio will lead WCF's chaplaincy efforts in Region 9—uniting faith-based service with civic responsibility and global citizenship.
